Not for the faint hearted as this property is approached via a stone staircase of over 70 steps through a small garden but the view and position makes this all worthwhile.   The house offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry, sitting room, dining room and 70m outside terrace overlooking the sea.  Zadar airport is about 45 mins by car and the island of Murta (joined to the mainland by a bridge) offers an enormous variety of watersports, restaurants, bars and walks/cycle rides in the countryside. Very good value family accommodation in a delightful location.
